Dr. Smith was very polite, excellent bedside manner. He explained what he was going to do and the benefits of having the injection. I would definitely recommend him to anyone having the same issues I was having.

Dr Smith, is nothing short of amazing, he’s kind extremely knowledgeable and understood the problem he’s a Dr that actually listens to you. I’m so thankful ever so grateful for him I would recommend him to anyone in need of a great doctor. One thing I learned is HE DOES NOT QUIT ON YOU, He DOES NOT give up. Thank you Dr Smith for being my doctor and who you are. Big thanks for being referred by Dr Jeremiah Maddox to you. Two of the best Dr’s I know you are so very much appreciated.

I love Dr. Cory Smith! He has a great bedside manner and an excellent doctor! He has taken very good care of me and even takes time to listen to my family health problems. He actually pulled out his phone and put my daughter's name on his prayer list. That's the kind of doctors we need!
