Took the time to listen and follow up. He planned out care that was specific to me not a cookie cutter operation. He took action the very first visit. Didn't make me keep making appointments to actually get the care it happened that day. He is kind and compassionate and truly listens.

Dr. Betchart has been working with me to get better control of my diabetes. He helped adjust some of my medications and talked to me about what else I was doing at home with meals and my numbers are great! I’m even on less insulin than I was before. I was seeing a diabetes specialist but still struggling. I trust Dr. Betchart to help me.

Dr. Betchart has been working with me to get better control of my diabetes. He changed up my medications and now my numbers are great and I’m using less insulin. I’d been seeing a specialist before but was still struggling. I completely trust him to help me with my medical issues.

He’s been my PCP for a few years and he’s always kind, caring and thoughtful. He listens closely to what I say. I like him a lot!

I would never return to this office. I was a new patient there and evidentially they never read my file or read very little. They tried to tell me there was nothing wrong with me when I showed up in extreme pain. Refused to give me medicine to deal with the pain. Which I had no problem with if they had other ideas to deal with it which they did not. It was only after Dr Betchart got my test results back that he realized I had some serious problems and was apologetic. The Office staff was rude. When I called in to the office because I was extreme pain they told me there was nothing they could do for me and hung up on me during one of the exchanges. When I went for a follow up after a procedure the nurse who came in asked if I was there for something different then a check up I was there for. I got the feeling they had me mixed up with someone else. Dr. Betchart does have a nice bedside manner and is prompt and gives enough time for the meeting but I would never trust him with my… health!
