As a child (30ish years ago) I was diagnosed with an extremely rare condition that affected my sciatic nerve. Because of this I developed ankle issues. I dealt with them my entire life. But, about 7.5 years ago I was having pain in my ankle. I saw several podiatrists, and I was sent to Dr Camasta “because he was the only guy who might be able to handle this”. He spend many appointments with me, and had actually seen a similar bone structure issue (due to different causes) and said “I can fix that!” He spent hours with me, and even though he was very busy, I never felt rushed. He provided an excellent surgical outcome, better than I ever imagined Now 7 years later, my quality of life is completely different, Dr Camasta enabled this and I will be forever grateful. Phenomenal doctor and person.....

This doctor is absolutely amazing. He is so knowledgeable and talented but best of all - has the kindest bedside manner I’ve ever experienced with a doctor. He took time, made eye contact, and spoke to me to make me feel so much better about my torn Achilles and impending surgery. Just can’t speak highly enough about him. Had surgery today and looking forward to a recovery with him in my corner!
