Everyone from the team helpful and friendly from check-in, through xray and the MD and NP were all professional, courteous and understanding of my questions and concerns.

I had a great experience at Tri State Orthopedics. Dr Carter and his staff were very professional and prompt. They explained things to me and were able to answer all of my questions. I would highly recommend them !

Dr Carter takes his time and fully explains condition and treatment. He is very kind and thorough. I highly recommend him. You won't be disappointed.

He did a thorough exam and order an X-ray right away. He listened to me and made me feel well taken care of.

We waited a long time back in the room before being seen by Dr Carter and he seemed in a hurry when I finally did see him. On previous visit about shoulder pain in January of this year I understood that the injection could be done as needed if it worked. That surgery wasn’t needed at present time, well it brought immediate relief, lasted for almost 8 months, I was thrilled. But yesterday Dr Carter said this 2nd injection would be the last, I would have to have surgery when it wears off, I’m almost 70 I don’t want surgery if a shot will bring long term relief. Dr. Carter just didn’t seem interested in anything but doing surgery on my shoulder, he seemed in a hurry and not really interested in what I feel comfortable with. The injection gave immediate relief yesterday just like the 1st one., why would I want surgery????? I really liked Dr Carter but just feel like yesterday he was not himself or the same doctor I saw before. Hoping it was just an off day

Dr. Carter and the entire Tri-State team is absolutely amazing! This is my second surgery, with Dr. Perry doing the first. I didn’t think a check-in, pre/post operation could have gone any better. Thanks Docs, rehab team, you all are amazing!
