Dr. Craig Hewell Couch, MD

I was referred to Dr. Couch, got the appointment and was so upset that I went and cried in my truck, he has the worse bed side manners, I explained and showed him the notes I had been taking, he threw them on the table and told me he wasn't worried that it wasn't anything, then asked about my chronic migraines as I explained what I was on and that my insurance had them on an expensive tier, so I couldn't afford them, went on to explain that last neuro would give me samples he told me he wouldn't, he didn't even care about the other health issues I was having. He said well if it makes you happy I will order a nerve test, had it done and all he could say was.... you have carpal tunnel, nothing else I can do for you. As far as the office ladies very nice.

We just had the most awful experience. My mom has severe memory loss and we waited 4 months for this appointment. We arrived 15 min early and they denied us our appt because we didn’t have paperwork and were supposed to be there an hour early. No one told us that. We never got an email with paperwork. And now they said they can see in in September. Which is 4 months away. The office manager was not understanding at all. He was very rude and kept saying different things about when we should have arrived. First he said an hour and then he said 30 min. This is SO disappointing as my mom needs help and they refused to see us. Horrible experience! So disappointing! Zero care for patients who need help.

I had an appointment today and on arrival was canceled. I confirmed my appointment the day before and the receptionist said the canceled it because I didn't call back with in 24 hours. even though I did. They have all been very rude and disrespectful. Wouldn't recomend this doctor.

I could not believe how rude, uncaring, and unprofessional he and Sherri treated me. I have double trigeminal. I go to a Pain Clinic and have nerve blocks in the back of my head. But still have break thru migraines. I went to Dr Couch for help. Sherri hides in the halls to watch over him (?) really!!! to make sure what? And he acts like he doesn't even believe you. Yes double trigeminal is rare...but it does happen. 3 other specialists have verified it and the constant pain shows it. I left and went to DR Greg THERA. He is a great dr. Takes care of extra help that I need ..if I need it. NO, beware of Dr Couch.

Dr. Couch is an outstanding doctor. He is very kind and gentle in his approach. Sherri is so very efficient and kind. In fact, this clinic is truly efficient. Thank you Dr. Couch and Sherri for taking such great care of.

Someone wrote a review back on Feb 14, 2015 on here. I totally agree with that reviewer! This doctor is extremely rude and inconsiderate in so many ways it's unbelievable! I could go on much more but I will spare the Readers and just know, I strongly recommend that you find not only a different doctor but a different facility that this doctor works at too.

I have been a patient of Dr. Couch for around 12 or 13 yrs. He is the most caring and kindest Dr's. I have ever meet. I am truley still here with my wife and kids because of his treatment, knowlegde, caring for me and his never quit attitude to finding and fixing my problem. The staff at Dr. Couch's office is second to none. They care about ever patient that comes through thier doors. *****

If I could have given Dr. Couch negative stars for his bedside manner, I would. He was extremely aggressive with me while I was explaining my condition to him and would not allow me to finish my sentences. I will never again visit this neurologist. If you looking for an abrasive and tactless doctor, though, he's your man.

I waited less than one minute for my appointment. I did not even have time to get seated in the waiting room. Very friendly staff, and had a very pleasant, informative visit with Dr. Couch. Though it was clear that there were no concerns with my brain from the tests results, he still spent time questioning symptoms and offered a treatment plan that will take care of the problem. Very friendly, communicates well, shows concern and listens carefully.

They will schedule appointments you didn't ask you and bill you for missing!
