Average evaluation. Background education of Doctor not impressive. Overall experience average, somewhat rushed. Did not follow up.

Dr. Dearden has an seemingly easy going personality -- then as you get to know him, you see how incredibly smart (and intense) he is. He is obviously very knowledgeable about many areas of medicine. At the same time, all of his giftedness, is coupled with a nice, dry sense of humor. He is a rare combination of kind and direct.

Love this man and his office. He is so caring and thorough. He has taken great care of my husband and me for 25 years!

Dr. Dearden is a professional who truly takes the time during an appointment to listen and answer any questions. That is the reason one might have to wait at the office. He takes as much time as each patient needs. I've never felt hurried or rushed. I've also always received a call back from the office when I've called in with a question or concern. I trust Dr. Dearden.

It seems to me that your staff has you snowed. They are rude, hateful and discourteous. They seem to be punishing the patients because they cannot have an answering machine. I called the other day and was on the phone for 40 minutes before I had a conversation with your nurse. I had to wait six weeks for an appointment for a yearly checkup. I think you need someone to come and and look at how your staff is treating your patients and show them how a doctors office should be run.
