Dr Eck and his staff are courteous, friendly and very efficient. You leave your appointment with the utmost confidence that you received the very best care.

All in all it was fantastic. I was in and out within 1/2 hour. Dr. Eck was nice. One thing that needs improvement - was the customer service at the time of check in. I was asked for the copay before 'hi or how are you'. I didn't take that well. Thanks.

Dr. Eck is very knowledgeable and explains things well. He and his staff are very nice.

Dr Eck was professional and kind. He answered all my questions and put my mind at ease. The whole staff was excellent. I was treated with respect and courtesy. This is the place to go and Dr Eck is the doctor to see. I would highly recommend him and this office.

I’ve seen Dr Eck several times. He takes time to listen. And discuss your concerns. Before I was referred to him I had seen several other people for my eye problems. I never got any real answers and every time I went I was sent to a new person. Dr Eck listened and started treatment. We’ve had to adjust it but I’m getting better. Another thing at the previous eye doctors office it would take at least 3 hours to get done while it takes about an hour to do the same things at Dr Eck’s.

Dr. Eck was informative, answering all our questions and explained the results of the exam. We didn't feel uncomfortable asking questions and never felt rushed.

Dr Eck’s staff was short handed the day that I visited causing a delay getting in for my appointment. The entire staff was really working hard to try to get everyone seen as quickly as possible….and they did a great job. Dr. Eck spent an appropriate amount of time helping me choose which option to take re my upcoming cataract surgery. He was unable to provide one option that I am interested in and took the time to refer me to another office that can provide information so that I can make an informed decision. A tough day in his office but great job by Dr. Eck and his entire staff in making the best of a bad situation. Thanks for your efforts!

He had been seeing me for over four years and I think he’s an excellent doctor. He is always very attentive and answers questions well. You did a great job on my cataract surgery. I went from wearing thick glasses and second grade to now having perfect vision thanks to the cataract surgery. I highly recommend Dr Eck to anyone.
