STAY AWAY! Rude, dismissive & incompetent in my book! I’d give zero stars if that was ann option. I ended up having to go to another neurosurgeon. Goldberg said there was nothing wrong with me & to go back to my pain doctor. He never even examined me or reviewed the abnormal EMG results (which HE ordered). I was using a walker to ambulate b/c I lost almost all control of my left leg & it was very, very weak! My pain Dr sent me to another neurosurgeon at a different hospital network & here I NEEDED surgery right away to fix the severe nerve compression & revise my first fusion b/c the hardware had become loose! Needless to say, Goldberg’s lack of treatment & examination caused a delay in getting the NEEDED surgery which caused the nerves to be compressed even longer & causing more damage! He should hang up his license!

Dr. Craig R Goldberg knows your body better than patients do if you are not telling the truth he will let you know. My experience with Dr.Goldberg was great he showed me my mri and explained the procedure and recovery from a pinched spinal cord i was headed for a wheelchair. But i am not. Thank you Dr. Goldberg.

Rude is an understatement. This man is an arrogant, narcissistic, misogynistic person. If 0 stars were an option, I would choose that. I would not let him operate on a stray frog I found outside. Save yourself some time and seek an alternative health care provider. You will not miss out on anything with this condescending, self-righteous “human.”

After seeing many doctors I made an appointment with Dr Goldberg. He looked over my MRI then told me what needed to be done to repair my back after having a bad fall. He told me all my options. He was truthful and honest. His office staff was the best. I had the surgery done and went home the next day. I have been out of pain since with no other problems. Thanks Doctor Goldberg.

I saw Dr. Goldberg in Cooperstown, before he moved to Latham. He explained my options, both to me and my daughter, successfully performed the surgery, and gave excellent follow-up care. The last visits were to the office in Latham, and I found the office staff to be polite and informative, especially when there was a delay. Never once was he anywhere near rude. He patiently answered my questions. I felt confident in his expertise and manner.

He is a complete f'ing a-hole...and I almost never swear. After 3 visits, he said he didn't believe me, doesn't trust me, and told me to go elsewhere, then got up left the room and basically told me to get out, but he gladly did that AFTER scheduling the appointment and taking my money. He was very rude and up in my face being a complete jerk about everything. This idiot needs to be fired. If I had any friends high up in the AMA, he'd lose his medical license. There is no reason to be that rude to a patient in serious pain. AVOID THIS IDIOT AT ALL COSTS!

He yells at health care providers and is sarcastic over the phone yet friendly in persob. He takes hours to see new patients in the hospital. Overall difficult to work with.

From the first time I laid my foot in this office , the staff is unhappy, miserable, they are all wearing surgical mask? If the whole office is sick maybe they should find substitutes from sph and send them home before a patient gets sick I first went to see Dr gordon Rude Rude Rude, then after my 2nd appt I came with a new MRI from my neurologist, he got pissy like a Lil girl , and sent me to dr goldberg in the room next door? Had to make a appt So I had surgury blah blah Post-op: dr goldberg Rude, Argumentative, was missing informed after surgury from his team, Technician yelling at me like a dog because I had major surgury (5 weeks before) and I couldn't raise 2 sand bags above my head so she could perform a test? Then dr goldberg comes in with a attutude , and tells me and my wife were liars when we told him what a member of his team told us about surgery he performed in recovery, So the only reason I came here was because they are now… owned by St Peters Hospital other wise I would never gone here I would of returned to my former orthopedic with another group This group is the pitts as in Arm Pitts!!!

This is one of the best dr office i have been to the reception staff are great and Dr. Goldburg is one is one of the best. He saved my life, he is great.

The Staff at Dr. Goldberg's office were courteous and helpful. Dr. Goldberg's nurse made me relax and feel comfortable before seeing Dr. Goldberg. Dr. Goldberg was very professional. He gave me an exam that confirmed the diagnosis. He explained the condition, predicted the future problems I might have, and explained the choices I would have to make in the future. I thoroughly will return.
