Smart doctor, very experienced and thorough

I get that he’s A talented surgeon, but I’m not a child and when I ask a doctor a question, I don’t want to hear you don’t need to know. He really does need an attitude adjustment

he was condesending, arrogant, and short. he poked my stomach and said you have a hernia, and then looked at my chart or films and said right away, you have a growth in your stomach and it should be removed as soon as possible.

Doctor Gross has zero manners and basically shamed me for taking narcotics for a serious back injury.

This so called doctor is a jerk. He's in to much of a hurry to get to the next fare paying sucker.

I have gotten a colonoscopy from Dr Gross four times in the last 20 years. Never had a problem and he was always friendly. The one time I didn't go to him the doctor botched the procedure by not giving me enough sedation and I ended up on a toilet all by myself in extreme pain. Ended up going back to Dr Gross and will always go back to him when the need arises.

Does not care about you, cares about his financial bottom line only. A real piece of work!

Should have known to run after my mother's initial visit, but it was so quick they did not call me back. (I am her caregiver). My mother had two stents placed in her heart a month prior and did fail to write it down, but made sure she informed the nurse upon getting into the room. It was not recorded, therefore leading to the confusion of her being taken off her blood thinner for three days prior to the procedure without adequate medical supervision. He was in such a hurry, he didn't let her speak, interrupted her, and at one point (it was an evening visit for his convenience, not ours) turned to a someone and asked them to cancel his dinner plans, in the middle of the visit that I was not privy to! Needless to say, when she showed up friday after she prepped, he called me back to accuse both of us of not letting him know she had a stent or a life vest defibrillator. He raised his voice and claimed she wasn't wearing it 5 days ago! She has had it on for two months solid! Staff, … apart from the nurse, were pretty easy to deal with. The nurse seemed frustrated and not friendly. For the icing on the cake, because it was an evening visit, by the time we left, the outside building elevator had been shut down for the evening and I had to help my mom down two flights of stairs holding her walker!

Arrogant, rude, is in too much of a hurry. Doesn't really want to hear what the patient has to say. Poor attention to detail.

He was the most rude, obnoxious doctor ever encountered. Would never suggest him to anyone.
