When I had my first appointment with Dr. Craig Jones, I was relieved to find him both businesslike and friendly. Dr. Jones answered all my questions and put me at ease. Every member of Dr. Jones's practice, from his surgical coordinator to those who answered the phone, was warm, knowledgeable, and helpful. When it turned out I needed surgery, Dr. Jones gave me all the information I needed so I would know what to expect. He also assured me he would make every effort possible to ensure that I would not need that surgery again. When I got to the hospital, I felt completely at ease. Every one of his colleagues, from the technicians to the nurses to the anesthesiologist, was friendly and helpful. I was especially pleased to see Dr. Jones, whose presence was reassuring. It has been months now, and Dr. Jones did such careful and thorough surgery on me that my condition has not recurred. If it did, I would have had no hesitation returning to him. I recommend him and his staff absolutely.

Dr Jones has helped to diagnose and to manage multiple ent issues that I have.

Dr. Jones has taken time to explain the answers to questions I ask. He is very knowledgeable and caring. As far as his staff, I think they are GREAT. I'd recommend him to anyone.
