Dr. Barry Jarvis has been with Family Practice in Downtown Eugene for more than 11 years and is immediate past Chief of Medicine at Sacred Heart Medical Center and past president of LCMS. When Dr. Jarvis is not in the office, he enjoys playing his Oboe in the Eugene Community Orchestra, skiing, windsurfing and spending time with his family.

Love Dr. Lash. He takes the time to listen to you without feeling rushed. My 2nd child has physical & mental disabilities and finding a good doctor is essential for her and if course me. BUT, she just turned 18 and I know we have to move on to a different Doctor. UNLESS, Dr. Lash reads this and decides to move into Family practice. I think this would be best for me. :) I recommend him for any new parent as well as any parent wanting to change Doctors.

I actually picked him at random when I need a new pediatrician for my third child. I ended up switching my older two because I liked him so much. He is absolutely wonderful with my kids he always answers all of my questions and he makes me feel like a normal human he does not talk down to me and he is great with the kids.

He always makes sure to answer all of my questions and remembers my daughter from previous visits and what has been going on. He makes me feel like he truly cares about my daughter! I definitely recommend him!

I’ve been taking my 4.5 year old son to Dr. Lash since birth and have always been pleased with his care. Very clam personality and engages with both child and adult. I’ve never felt rushed even when I’ve known it’s a busy day Dr. Lash never hurry’s through the appt. Highly recommend.
