Dr. Craig Rone

My son has seen him for tubes 2 times now. and each time he has made my son so comfortable. He told him how he has kittens in his ears and we have to check on them. He is very professional and explains things clearly.

Knowledgeable and beside manner with my infant son was great but he was terse with me and my husband. I have a medical background and had questions relating to my son's ear infections and my husband experiencing similar symptoms as a child that Dr. Rone was not interested in hearing or answering. He was borderline rude when I tried to engage him in a higher level of discussion. We had three visits. They coded the billing for the first visit at 3x the subsequent ones. I called their office three times to discuss the reason and recoding; they promised return calls but never followed through. Frustrating experience to say the least.

Front desk staff is incompetent and misinformed about what services are needed when making appointments. Dr. Rone is completely unprofessional and unapologetic for errors made. In fact, he wouldn't even speak with me about a problem and chose to hide out rather than come and speak to me. It's just as well. I would not trust someone who is so emotionally immature and uncaring to treat my child anyway.
