Dr. Craig David Serin, MD

Dr Serin is a great doctor and has treated me with respect and kindness. He has helped me with many health issues. I’m much happier and healthier about my health with the help of Dr Serin.

He does not refer to women physicians and he did not treat this woman patient with dignity. Will not recommend. Ever.

In reviewing ways to take better care of myself, he asked about my daily routine. Nothing I shared with Dr Serin was acceptable. Indeed, even the fact that I eat soup was questioned by he man. Condescending and grumpy, was my experience.

I’ve been a patient of Craig’s for nearly as long as he has been in practice. I like his medical approach and bedside manner. His office staff, however, continues to deteriorate. I’m at the point of finding another provider because of it.

Dr Serin has been my PCP since I stopped going to the pediatric doctor. He's been absolutely terrific, has helped me through many health issues, and has always treated me with utmost care. I particularly like him because he thinks about what you're telling him and asks really great follow up questions to uncover symptoms you may forget to mention.

I had been pleased with the medical care I had received from Dr. Serin for two years. However, at my last annual exam, Dr. Serin did something wholly inappropriate. As I sat upright on the exam table, he pinched my abdomen and smirked, indicating his disapproval of my weight. It caught me off guard. The discussion which followed was about improving nutrition and activity, totally appropriate. But that one inappropriate touch made me feel disrespected and very uneasy around him. He is no longer my internist.

Dr. Serin does not care about his patients. He is unwilling to work with a patient to promptly resolve a mistake on his office end. If you schedule an appointment with the front desk I strongly suggest you call weekly to make sure it is still in the system. Don't be surprised if they schedule someone in your slot. The front office staff is lovely but beware of Ashley and the back office. She will be happy to hang up the phone on you. Dr. Serin and his back office just don't care. BEWARE!!!

I have been going to Dr. Serin for two years. I am very please and have recommended him to others.

I have been going to see Dr, Serin for at least 8-10 years now and have always had a great experience with him. I would and do recomend him to anyone. If he ever left I would be at a loss for a Dr.
