Dr. Cristina Ana Armijo, MD

My daughter had one appointment with Dr. Cristina Armijo and I refuse to go back. At our first appointment she was not friendly or professional. She did not greet me or introduce herself. She was in and out of the room within minutes after a 35 minute wait. I also had my 5year old son with me at the appointment and she was very rude towards him; telling him not to touch anything in the room and that he needed to sit down and not stand next to his sister on the examination bed. He is a new brother and curious about what she going to do with his sister and doesn’t need anyone telling him he can’t watch and needs sit down. She is not friendly with children therefore should NOT be a pediatrician. Save yourself the hassle and schedule with anyone BUT DR. Armijo.

She said I had no choice but to remove my gallbladder when I had no pain. She said I wouldn't have insurance once I turned eighteen which was false because I'm a student. My parents afraid, listened to doctor armijo. All was good until a year later I had stomach pain and she gave me medicine for a disease I didn't even have. She didn't even bother to do any scans or blood work. Soon after taking the medication I got the disease because of the medicine and now how to live with it for the rest of my life. Mind you, this disease can turn cancerous. I was healthy, I was extremely active now I can't work and have to eat really clean but no matter what, I struggle with pain each day. Switch doctors please!!!!!

She is unapproachable and although she is kind she should not be a pediatrician, she has no Love for children. She is usually in and out of the room and back to her station typing away and not saying good bye or hello. A Doctor who enters their trade should have some concern for their patients' well being and not just see them for what they came in for. Interact with the patient and parents so there is a sense of trust and relationship. Not just a paycheck.

Refuses to see unvaccinated children . We as parents have legal rights to make INFORMED medical decisions for our children. She does not respect that . Sorry my child's insurence won't pay for your Botox.

Great doctor

Totally unaproachable.Does not make a good pediatrician.May be knowledgeable, but that's not enough.
