Dr. Cuchulain Luke Rust, MD

Unbelievably difficult organization to work with. Numerous mishandlings. Staff scheduled surgery at hospital that doesn’t accept my insurance. Figured it out 24 hours before procedure. Took over a month to reschedule. Been a week since surgery was completed. They promised follow up next day. Still haven’t heard back one week later after numerous calls from me & my primary care provider. Dr Rust is a fine surgeon but post Covid Rebound is a complete mess.

I was very impressed with Dr Rust. Spent plenty of time discussing the injuries and the Treatment plan. I felt very comfortable in his hands and doing very well!

I found Dr. Luke Rust to be pleasant, friendly, sympathetic, knowledgeable, and a great listener. He gave me straight information and suggested options for future care. Although he acknowledged there was no course of treatment available for my foot at his clinic, I left the appointment satisfied that his assessment was accurate and helpful. Thank you, Dr. Rust, for taking the extra time to care for the condition of my foot the best you could. ??

Dr Rust was very down to earth and didn’t make the injury out to be more than it was! I was even able to cancel the MRI I had scheduled for the next day because he said it was unnecessary! Which I really appreciate!

I first saw Dr. Rust three years ago for a partial Achilles tear. He took great care of me then so of course I chose to see him when I hurt my ankle. In between the two injuries, my husband had hand surgery by another Rebound doctor and while waiting for him to be finished, Dr. Rust came out from surgery on another patient, saw me, and asked me how I was doing! Great bedside manner, goes through all your imaging with you, plans the next diagnostic steps, and lets you know possible treatment plans depending on what the next tests show. I like being able to do my own research and plan ahead if I’m going to need help during recovery. I highly recommend Dr. Rust!

I am a 69 year old active women with more arthritis than I would like. My left ankle has multiple issues and Dr. Rust was aware of my history from the moment he walked in. He listened. He answered my questions and gave me clear options for the future. He was everything I hope for when meeting a doctor for the first time. I highly recommend him to anyone. Oh yes....and compassionate.

He has the best bedside manner.

I am thankful to GOD for leading me to such wonderful doctor who saved my ankle after its been crushed under motor bike. this doctor has the best personality ever! very sensible. hands are just golden. ive been in for two surgery that are successful. i dont think the doctor is appreciated enough for his gift to work with his hands. i could have been useless for the rest of my career. yet i made a comeback. Excellent doctor and easy to communicate with. I observed Dr. Rust interacting with various patients from all walks of like during the various appointments I had with him. Dr. Rust is a very well rounded, caring, genuine human being.
