Dr. Curtis Bryan Cave, MD

Dr. Curtis Cave has seen my mother for the past 30 years. She will not change her doctor to someone else. He makes sure that she gets tested for the best results. What would make things better is to have the facility that he works in Brookdale clinic to be on the same page as him. The receptionist is very nice when you walk in. And the nurse that measures her blood pressure and her wait are very kind. Its the person that makes appointments and the main nurse that sits all day are not pleasant at all. Plus the phone system how the answer and direct calls should be changed. The phone systems that they have there is always ringing and your lucky if you get someone to pick up. I had a situation that I wanted to speak to Doctor cave and the lady that answered said " There is nothing I could do". Not a good response. Overall that place would not be standing if Dr. Curtis Cave was still not there.

I agree that all doctors are busy, but there has to be a few minutes in each day allotted for a doctor or staff to return a call or to call a pharmacy or a specialist or SOMETHING! No one answers the phone and if you're fortunate to leave a message, no one returns the call.
