Brookdale Urgent Care

The doctors can't even show up on time!! you have the patients there before they are waiting on them to decide to work. The nurse practitioner herself walked in late with an attitude. Im 26 weeks pregnant and was there to get doctor lines filled out for work as I wasn't feeling good the day before. everything was done all I needed was my paperwork which Thora Francois already filled out and she snatched it out of my hand and ripped it up in my face. when I attempted to go into the garbage to get my paper she ripped it up some more. she then called the cops on me and refused to fill out my paperwork even tho my insurance was already ran. I was forced to go to the emergency room where my insurance was ran a second time. brookdale is already looked at in a negative light and she see is part of the problem NOT the solution!! this place not even good enough to give a simple doctors paper for work what about people with serious medical needs.
