Dr. Curtis Steven Young, MD

Dr. Young and his staff were great and professional during my visit. I was there for a carpal tunnel issue that was was so severe it was already creating permanent nerve damage. They were awesome and extremely helpful in a timely manner. They even allowed me to wait until I settled in my new job after my promotion to schedule.

I am a right handed dentist with the associated wear and tear to my hands. I have had two previous surgeries by Dr. Young and will soon be trusting him for a third. (All different problems). I still practice and plan to for many more years. Need I say more?

I went to Dr.Young after the emergency room gave me 4 stitches . I cut my main nerve to my hand.Dr. Young said he would try to fix it i had a 50-50 chance for recovery. Turned out it did not work Dr.Young said if he would of got to it within 72 hours of it being cut he was 100% he could of fixed . But when it came time to testify in court . He decided to change his whole story. So the morel of story is do u want someone to operate on u who u cannot trust He has a fork tongue. Now i wonder how Dr.Young and Judge Beal sleep at night .

My appt was handled promptly by professional, friendly office personnel, my problem was confirmed by the Dr. who quickly discussed my options, surgery or injections, and fully informed me of all details. Upon my decision for injections, he checked to see if he had time to do during my appt and to my surprise, he did. Within another 30 minutes, injections were completed and follow up care explained so that I did not have to schedule a second appt. So glad I was referred to Dr. Young.

Was charged for a 40 minute consult visit that only lasted 10 minutes. I was told he was reviewing my x-rays and referring doctor's notes the rest of the time. Had (still have) a cyst near the knuckle, referring doctor didn't want to drain it because of the location, suggested it was a quick in office procedure. Dr. Young said he could drain it but I would need to schedule a follow-up visit to drain it (costing more money) but he recommended surgery (costing even more) and follow-up visits. Seems more interested in padding his bill than helping the patient. I won't be back.

Professional, to-the-point, competent. I have had two surgeries and both were highly successful. His staff is first class.

He was very courteous and did a great job on the surgery. I was impressed with his knowledge.

Excellent doctor. Replaced wrist/thumb joints on both hands. He continued following up on the success of these surgeries for years. Could not have asked for a better doctor.

This was my 5th hand surgery and Dr. Young was the best surgeon I've ever had. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
