Dr. Cybil Bean Cassady, MD

We switched my 2 year old son to Dr. Cassady after we didn't feel we were getting good treatment with the other doctor. She not only spent the time to actually explain everything to us, she took the time to make sure he now finally has the correct prescription in his glasses & we were able to stop patching at this point. I wish we would have seen her sooner, but so thankful for the entire office!

Dr. Cassidy was very nice but the rest of the office staff were not. Also, both times my son had to be treated further than the initial visit, we were told the office would contact us within a few days and both times they failed to do so. Today, I had to wait on hold and speak to 7 people before I finally spoke with someone who let me know they thought they had already scheduled with me and they must have just forgotten. Now, it is close to the holidays so they can't see me for another month even though it is their fault they forgot to contact me three weeks ago.
