Cydney Horton is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Certified Addiction Psychotherapist with 6 years of experience in the mental health field. Cydney is passionate about working with teens, adults, and families to address individual and systemic challenges. She specializes in depression, trauma, relationship issues, mood disorders, self-harm, addiction, transitions, domestic violence, and anxiety. Cydney completed her Master of Counseling at Idaho State University. She is a former D1 athlete with experience in navigating the stressors and pleasantries of change and shifting narratives. Life experiences paired with her professional experience aid Cydney in providing understanding and support that her clients are seeking.
