Dr. Paciulli is an excellent surgeon with wonderful “people tools”. She takes all the time you need to answer questions and in fact encourages questions! During my initial consultation, she explained the process well. On the day of the surgery, she casually dropped by while I was being prepared just to find out how I was feeling and to put me at ease. Although she was conservative in what she allowed me to do for six weeks after surgery, she was “right on”. For example, the first time I rode my bike and mowed the lawn with my tractor, six weeks in, I realized how it was a good idea I listened to her! When I noted I had a nerve tingling sensation during my follow up visit, she explained why but also made sure she saw me again at week 5, to make sure all was going well. I later discovered this was her last day at Atlantic Surgical, so I appreciated how she fit me in to make sure I was doing well! I cannot day enough great things about Dr Paciulli and I was happy to find out she has… remained in the area in case I need her in the future!

If you are seeing Cynthia chances are that you need some sort of surgery. I was a surgical photographer for 5 years...mainly thoracic procedures. I knew surgeons and how much pressure they are under. Cynthia is an absolute professional. She is caring...explains things so you understand...a complete package for your surgical needs. She is reassuring and puts you at ease with the obstacles you are facing. She's the best you can get. Put your trust in her. You won't be disappointed.

DR. PACIULLI IS AN AMAZING DR. I HAVE HAD HER FOR A GASTRIC BYPASS AND GALL BLADDER SURGERIES. I WOULDN'T HAVE ANYBODY ELSE. SHE IS SO PROFESSIONAL AND AT THE SAME TIME, HAS AMAZING BEDSIDE MANNERS.

I have seen Dr. Paciulli since 2007 and love her. She has always been concerned and very easy to talk to. Dr. pachouli has operated on me three times and each of those surgeries she showed compassion for what I was going thru. Would highly recommend her and this practice.

Dr. Paciulli was a great doctor. It was like having your mom take care of you :) And she does surgery at outpatient facilities, which reduced my copay on insurance from $3,000 to $75!! Overall great doctor, and would recommend to anyone getting a pilonidol cyst removed!
