The providers are great but their billing service is deplorable. No bill, just sent to collection. The hospital and GI provider had the correct info. No follow up when the insurance company who no longer provided coverage rejected the claim. Instead of a follow up inquiring about new insurance they didn't send a bill to the patient, just sent it to collections. That's deplorable and poor business practice! FYI found multiple reviews with same complaint. You can do better for your patients!
