Dr. Cynthia A Coe, MD

The staff is very rude. When you arrive for an appointment instead of the usual 30-1 hour wait time they make you sit for 4 and 5 hours. It's ridiculous that anyone should spend a full day in a doctors office for a 5 minute visit in the exam room.

I took one of my parents for a 9:45 appointment and was not called in to see the Doctor until 11:15. Unbelievable! Every seat in the waiting room was filled. Just overhearing as other patients arrived, it seemed each patient's appointment was scheduled 15 minutes apart. Why would that be when it was taking more than an hour after arrival to call a patient in to see the doctor?Most of the patients were as my parent, elderly and should not be subjected to such long wait times to see their doctor. Dr. Coe may be a very fine physician but she and her staff's concern for the time and comfort of their patients leaves a lot to be desired.

I certainly enjoy seeing Dr. Coe because she has cared for my familt for generations and my sister worked for her and had a wonderful experience. The only problem is the poor customer service, rude behavior and immature nature of the receptionist who is more hostile and combative to help a patient rather than help. Unfortunately the abuse of one employee makes me want to seek care elsewhere rather than deal with the hassle of an unprofessional woman that cannot be avoided to speak to my doctor for adequate healthcare.

Great attention to my overall needs! Willing to spend whatever time necessary with you to listen to your total well being.
