Dr. Cynthia Mary Dolzonek, PhD

I saw Dr Dolzonek about 8 years ago in the midst of a depression that left me deeply disconnected from myself, anxious, isolated and with no stable emotional foundation. Long term recovery has taken years and led me to an ADHD diagnosis but the couple of months I had with Dr Dolzonek were priceless as they set the foundation for those coming years. Her welcoming personality and level of insight helped me do away with the shame under which my mental health issues were buried. Her compassion created enough room for me to remember that my cynicism was not a truth, but a defense mechanism. I wish I could say this has been common in my experiences with medical professionals, but she's really special.

My 6 year old was referred to Dr. Dolzonek 3 weeks ago. I have reached out to her twice via email and 3 times via voicemail. Not a single response. The voicemail is that of a male Dr. I have asked whoever gets the message to please call or text me for 20 seconds to let me know if I ma reaching the right number. Zero responses to that as well.

Dr. Dolzonek testified against me in court and my ex got custody. Two months later he abandoned my kids. It took me three years to get my son out of foster care. He was badly hurt.
