Dr. Cynthia Melissa Gitler, DO

Upon seeing Dr Gitler on an emergency room visit she refused to listen to what was actually going on with my mother. My mother told her she hasn’t been able to eat and this Doctor only listened to what she wanted and told my mom that she didn’t have problems eating. My mom had text book gallbladder symptoms and she refused to listen to her and told her it wasn’t her gallbladder regardless of the stones present during imaging that were accompanied by sever upper right abdominal pain. Was going to discharge her with nothing. We are now at another hospital getting the gallbladder removed because it indeed was the issue. This doctor argued with me and threatened to kick me out for advocating for my mom. So glad I didn’t back down. She’s horrible and clearly doesn’t know it all like she tries to make everyone think she does.
