Dr. Cynthia Lynnette Higgins, MD

Dr Higgins is an outstanding Psychiatrist. My last Doctor tried to recruit me into the Tea party. I was looking for weeks then I found Dr Higgins. Since then I’ve followed her across the state. She’s professional, non-judgemental, compassionate, and extremely knowledgeable. As a retired Lawman, I needed someone who could understand my specific issues. She’s a blessing. She’s helped me climb out of some very dark places.

The single worst doctor I have encountered in 59 years, in the single most fraud-inclined, unprofessional office. Dr. Higgins lied to me repeatedly about increasing the only medication that works to interrupt my severe depression, her office manipulated me to charge me three times what I was told I would be charged, and she discharged me from care for challenging these things. You place your life at risk if you place yourself in her care.

Very difficult to reach, late to reply, superfluous with no real substance, non-commital, and, above all, misses the mark. Wish I had known before wasting precious time and money.
