Dr. Cynthia Ann Kimble, MD

No staff, every visit you have to wait for 4-5 hrs, and you have a appointment. She pretends to be caring. She wants you to pay a larger fee than your $1 co payment. She charges Medicaid, Medicare, more money for co pays. She charges you for forms that you never receive. She charges you for counseling and she don't even counsel you. She is always rushing you, because she has to be at church or her other job. She has a turn over every month or 2 months, because she don't want to pay them. She is a fraud, and does not care about her patients warfare, just their money. Her office is always closed, whenever she wants to close it, she's always late. You have to wait on her at least 2 hours, and she comes in trying to finish at 5 with 10 patients in the tiny office, and everybody is upset and fussing. We are all there because of sickness, and should not be treated as roaches. Horrible for the last 5 years

Dr. Kimble has been my personal physician for approximately 10 years.

I look forward to getting there early , she does not have a large staff and is thus a hands on physician. She listens to what I have say about things that have impacted my life since my last visit. She orders test she feels will assist her in making a correct diagnosis. I love it that she Consults with THE PHYSICIAN.

Tried for 3 weeks to get an appointment. No one ever answers the phone so had to leave a message (several times). No one ever returned any of my calls. The office/waiting area and rooms are in need of cleaning need of serious cleaning. Staff act as if you're a bother.

I love her personality. But her promptness is horrible! She never answers calls or texts. I was waiting for her for two hours one day and she still never showed up or called/texted me back. And it's not the first time that has happened. The inside looks horrible in desperate need of an upgrade and she has no one helping her there's no nurses so it's just her. If this wasn't the only doctor that would've taken me when I need it i would go elsewhere.

ALWAYS TAKES HER TIME DOING OTHER THINGS BEFORE GETTING TO YOU. ALWAYS HAVE CONVERSATIONS ABOUT EVERYTHING ELSE EXCEPT THE REASON YOU ARE THERE FOR. THE WAIT IS EXTREMELY LONG. IVE GOTTEN TO APPOINTMENTS AT 9:30 AND ENDED LEAVING AT 1:00. MOST OF THE TIME YOU ARE REALLY JUST WAITING AROUND FOR HER TO COME IN & TALK TO YOU ABOUT 10 MINUTES & ITS OVER. NEVER HAVE BEEN A HANDS ON DOCTOR. I LOVE HER PERSONALITY BUT HER PROFESSIONALISM IS HORRIBLE.

The entire office was in a mess. The waiting room chairs were stained and smelled. Dr, Kimble talked to me for over an hour about nothing that had to with why I was there. No examine, just a a slip to go to quest. She mis-diaognosed an ear issue which utimely sent me to the ER. Just horrible. Charged me $25.00 jsut to tell me the results of my test.

Unable to do anything but leave a msg and never a callback.

You can wait forever to get in. She triple books. If you have a first appointment be prepared to wait a minimum of 1/2 hour to go into a room and then another wait until she gets into your room. Cash only. You will be charged 50 cents if you use a check or debit card. A prescription renewal requires a visit so she can be paid her fee. Otherwise she's a very charming lady.

I picked her at random because I needed a new doctor and I like her a lot. She is very sweet and had time to help me with all of my questions.
