I had been on a muscle relaxer for many years. I kept trying to get the script refilled, and the pharmacy said they kept faxing the need for refill. When I went in asking what the problem was, was told they were unable to get it refilled. When called the office the nurse said Dr. Logan stated this med was no longer used for fibromyalgia and she was not going to refill any longer. Within a few weeks developed severe back pain. This "doctor" is a liar! Her inability to do her job properly causes us to be deprived of our children for 9 months! Until we PROVED SHE WAS WRONG!
