Dr. Cynthia Lee Lopez, MD

I have been a patient of Dr. Lopez for over 10 years, and she has always been very thorough, caring, and makes sure to answer all questions. She and her staff are excellent communicators as well. I highly recommend her services.

Went to doctors office to ask for my rx to be fixed so that I could get my Keppra that they had called or electronically sent in to the pharmacy and was told by the receptionist that they did not do that, that I had been given a hard copy and to go to another pharmacy, I tried to explain that I did not receive a hard copy and again was told I had been given one. Tried one more time in explaining and the receptionist called me a liar. By this time I was very angry and told her where to go. Granted very rude of me but at this point I had been provoked like poking a bear. The most courteous thing to do would have been go ask the dr. But instead she treated me like garbage. My wife called a little hot under the collar and left a message stating she wanted an call made to be from the rude receptionist with an apology. To date I have not even received a call from the receptionist or even the dr. Shows how much she really cares for her patients. And if I was treated this way, I can imagine… there are others. I have taken my records and will be seen elsewhere.

Very positive atmosphere. Very polite staff & doctor, was a very timely and pleasant experience. The results of EMG test were briefly discussed & sent to my neurologist at another business location in a timely manner. I would recommend anyone to come here for neurological testing.
