Dr. Cynthia A Lukasiewicz, DO

I would not visit this doctor if you have anything wrong with you. She's a complete idiot with an attitude that is way off the scale. I wouldn't let her look at my balls let alone even be in the same room with me.

I have only had Dr. Lukasiewicz as a physician for about a month and I will not be going back. I had an allergic reaction to medication over a weekend. Could not get a hold of the Dr. on call service there was no way for me to leave a message. I have been calling since Monday and it is now Wednesday with no call back. Their services are unprofessional. It shows a lack of care values regarding her patients. I now have to figure out how to get $ back for 3 mos of the script I had a reaction to. I am lucky that the reaction was not life or death. However by not calling her patient...extremely unprofessional, rude, disrespectful and uncaring.

Receptionist was extremely rude, loud and obnoxious, so all in the waiting room could hear my personal business. I have been coming here for 10 years and I will never be returning thanks to the terrible desk help.

I really like Dr. Lukasiewicz (luk a chev its) and this practice. It is a small simple office, but comfortable. Feels like the kind I grew up with. She is caring and she listens. I have always been taken care of well, never prescribed unnecessary or inappropriate meds and I like her. This is the third primary care physician I have gone to since moving to SW Florida almost 8 years ago. The first was bad, the second had office practices that were unreasonable and the third was the charm. If you get in to see her I believe you'll be quite pleased.

This dr continued to try and prescribe me meds from a family of drugs that i expressed I was not comfortable taking. I was not comfortable based on several past experiances with drugs in this family. Prescribes antidepressants forsevere insomnia.

Dr. Cindy has been my primary physician for over 15 years. She really cares about her patients. I am in my mid 60s and have been to numerous doctors over my life. She rates tops in my opinion. She is like talking to a close, caring friend when it comes to discussing my medical issues.

I like her, and although I have never had anything too major, found her very competent.
