Dr. Cynthia Denise Mckinney, MD

Dr was amazing, I needed 21 stitches in my arm for a cut and she took care of me very quickly and very well. She has a great personality, and her entire staff is also amazing. They are so kind and thorough. The receptionist and the nurses were the best. Honestly the best experience I've ever had with any healthcare team. Totally would recommend.

Dr. McKinney and her staff are awesome. I went in yesterday and after ruling out the flu was diagnosed with pneumonia. I needed injections (haven't had one in years due to needle phobia) and was a nervous wreck. Dr. McKinney made me feel so relaxed. I don't know how she did it, but I know her professionalism went above and beyond. Needless to say the injections went smoothly, the nurse did a wonderful job. Dr. McKinney stood right by my side during the process. I have always gotten great results at the Grand Prairie Care Now. Oh and my X-rays and blood draw went well too. I will return here if and when necessary.

The need to work on a better check out system. Having to go back into the waiting room as people are coming in to be soon. It's too much on the staff, waiting 15-20 mins to check out is a bit much. The front desk didn;t even bother to verfiy they gave the right paper work to the right person. I only notice because it said my bill would be 68.00 dollars and my co pay is 35.00. Then asked my name. That is medical and private issues that need to be taken care of. So since she thought I was the other person. The other person was seen before me because she checked them in even though we both did Web- Check in. The front desk is over worked and it causes mistakes.

Very nice Doctor experience

She is not very personable. Acted like I was a waste of her time yet I was paying an unreasonable price and I would not be here if it was not an emergency. I was not pleased whatsoever with her efforts.

at age 67 years young, I am just returning to CA, after 5 years. The toll of an injury has made me very ill, and I cannot wait to get back to the "Finest Physician" I have ever been to in my entire life. I have been talking about her for 5 years. I have a multitude of allergies and problems that most Physicians find cumbersome and grueling. Not this doctor, she understands is patient and most kind to me. She really respects the patient also, that they know their body and reactions to medicines, like I have. Thank you for being a special person and a wonderful healer Dr. McKinney.

Great doctor...very professional, caring, and knowledgeable....She's the best!! :)
