Dr. Cynthia Diane Mcneil, MD

It's been 28yrs since I was a patient. Her level of care is so awesome.

Dr McNeil does not beat around the bush. Professionally she is very on top of dianosing and finding solutions to problems at hand. She demands respect for her patient and encourages dialogue.

My experience was GREAT! Dr McNeil was wonderful. Being a new patient she came in and spoke to me before I even undressed for my pap to introduce herself and to understand my concerns. I have never had a doctor do that before. Once she found out what I was looking for In a doctor she then asked me if I wanted to proceed with the exam. Amazing. She did not assume that because she is a doctor I was just going to let her examine me. To me she was making sure I was comfortable with her and I appreciated that. Her bedside manner is great and she is very down to earth. If you are looking for stuck up stiff not in touch with everyday people type of doctor she is not the one. If you are looking for a doctor that will listen to you and explain your options in depth and respect what you want as a patient she is the one. I am a professional that works at a university I am far from ghetto as one reviewer put it, but I am in touch with all walks of life and everyone deserves the best… healthcare and I believe that Dr. McNeil feels the same way based on how she treated me. Her staff was also very pleasant.

I read some of the other reviews, and most were dead on. Sans one, that I think was totally unfair and untrue. Dr. McNeil was friendly, kind and overall a pleasure to be around. I felt like she knew what I needed and was willing to compromise with what I wanted. She is very down to earth and great at what she does

I would definitely not recommend Dr. McNeil. She walked in with what looked like a dirty track suit, and the moment she opened her mouth, she sounded ghetto. She did not listen to my concerns properly and did not address my questions at all. In fact she even mocked some of my questions. I wondered whether she knew what she was talking about after listening to her answers...or maybe she's just exceptionally bad at explaining things....I was beginning to get the feeling that she caters to uneducated, lower income people, which is fine. She seems to have a very low patient load, not a single patient was there for the 2 hours I was there. Office seems run down and dated. Outdated, short-staffed, unprofessional....Most definitely not returning to her for any type of follow up, and I do not recommend her to others either.

She is the best

Dr McNeil is very thorough. She listen's and offers realistic suggestions. Always personally follow up. I really like that I speak directly with the doctor and not always the nurse of assistance.

Dr. McNeil is very patient and understanding with her patients. She always listens to my concerns and answers any questions that I may have. I feel very comfortable and at ease in her office. I have referred her to several of my friends and colleagues.
