Dr. Cynthia Mae Norris, MD

appointment with Dr. Norris, complaining with terrible cough, fever and chills, chest congestion, thinking she had pneumonia. She checked her for flu which was negative without further testing told her to wait a couple of days then would do a chest xray. would not recommend this joke of a doctor if you are sick!! Daughter got chest xray, a few days later, very sick with Pnuemonia!! Do not go to Cynthia Norris

Dr. Norris is a wonderful Dr. she take time and concern about her patient.

Dr. Norris may be a good doctor but she does not take adequate time to assess her patients before writing them potentially toxic prescriptions. Once I was prescribed klonopin for my TMJ because it would "relax" me at night. What? Klonopin is addictive and affects my whole body not just my mouth! For a time my whole family was going to see her and it was always the same story. My mother, who is addicted to pain medication, was continually being prescribed heavy pain meds regardless of us even going in to discuss the addiction with Dr. Norris. The prescriptions continued without a true assessment. It is very concerning and I think others should know about it.

DR Cynthia Norris and her staff have been the most caring and helpful people towards my family. In many instances I do believe Dr Norris has aided in saving my very life. She is an extremely compassionate woman with a wonderful sense of humor to make one feel at ease. I highly recommend this office and Dr Norris.

I have been under Dr. Norris's care for a couple years now (6+) and she has never failed me. She takes time to listen to me, check me out and explain things to me even when my stubborn streak is showing (Sorry doc). She is a good doctor and has compassion for her patients. The staff at family medical is great also - they are very friendly and very helpful.
