I have been seeing Dr. Palmisano for 5 years. She always listens and does not rush. Very caring.

I will be reporting this practice. I’m truly shocked at how horrible my experience here has been. I cannot even believe this is a review I have to write, but unless you want to pay hundreds more in out of pocket expenses and be BULLIED to pay it, I would suggest going elsewhere. I went in for a checkup that usually costs me a simple co-payment, but here they misfiled my claims, refused to fix it (causing higher-out-of-pocket expenses), and proceeded to call me like a collections company to pay over $200. Full story below: This office mishandled a few of my claims and charged me for tests that I did not even take. When I called to address the issue, Mike acknowledged he mistakenly ordered the wrong tests and misfiled my claims and said he would fix it right away. I continued to follow up with the testing center and insurance company and they told me they never heard from Mike and he did not fix anything. I followed up with Mike and told him that the insurance company and… testing center said he never followed up and he claimed he did and got angry. I called the insurance company and testing center back and they went through their records to confirm that they had never heard from him or even received an email regarding my claims. I called Mike and told him that they did not have record of him calling and he got angry again and said I had to pay the bill, started shouting that I just didn’t want to pay the bill, and demanded my credit card information (no exaggeration). I refused to pay a bill that was incorrect and contacted my insurance company to fix the claims. They were able to fix a few of them but said they could not fix the bill I got from the testing center because it had to be corrected by the office specifically. While the insurance company was fixing my claims, I should also mention, I was getting crazy calls from Mike demanding payment frequently. I had the insurance company call Mike to tell them that they were fixing a few of the claims, but he had to fix the bill from the testing center himself. The insurance company also told him to stop hassling me to pay anything until they sent them a corrected statement; well I was also on this phone call and Mike proceeded to lie and say that he was not trying to overcharge me/ hassling me to pay a anything and that he had already fixed the bill from the testing center (which he did not). I was shocked AGAIN and asked him why he was lying. He claimed he did not know I was on the call, got angry/embarrassed he got caught in a lie, and immediately hung up the phone. Since Mike refused to fix the bill from the testing center, I had to pay over $200 in out of pocket expenses when all I should have had to pay was a co-payment. THE WORST DOCTOR’S VISIT I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE.

I have been going to this office for a few years now. Dr. Palmisano is the only doc that listens to me and has good bedside manner. And she puts the work in to figure out what’s ailing you. As a woman with a chronic illness, this kind of doctor is hard to find.

Dr. Palmisano is the best. Takes the time needed, she listens and cares. Have referred her many times.

Spent more time with the PA than I did with her. Came in as a new client with some general concerns about a rash and some anti depressant meds I had already been on. After an extremely brief exam of the area in question (did not do any pre evaluations of my eyes, ears, throat, ANYTHING), quickly told me to use a steriod cream and that we had "too much ground" to cover for my first exam and referred me out for EVERYTHING. Behavioral health, OBGYN, I even had to go to a different medical center for blood work! Also, the receptionist told me to use the self pay option for my blood work, which would have costed me over 500 if the ladies at quest medical didn't tell me that blood work was COVERED UNDER MY INSURANCE. I felt rushed and pushed to the side. Will not be returning.

Do not go to this office. Dr. Palmisano’s husband runs the front desk and is verbally abusive. He would not help me with my results nor would let me speak to a nurse or MY doctor. He proceeded to scream at me and call me dumb on the phone and hung up on me! I am honestly scared to even call the office back because i dont want be yelled at again. If I can help another person out please do not go to this office. Her husband should not be allowed to speak with any patients as he has caused me and my family terrible anxiety and loss of a doctor.

The Doc and her husband are both the most accommodating doctor's office ever. Great family atmosphere. Never have to wait days to get in. They do the appropriate amount of testing need. I have taken many family members to them with confidence. I have been a patient for 15 years.

Man in the office is arrogant and rude. Whenever I had to deal with him, he always acted like I am bothering him. Never says goodbye just hangs up when you are done talking on the phone with him. No manners. Seems bitter all the time.
