She is literally the worst. She doesn't show up for appointments. Doesn't do her job. A documented alcoholic/addict. She is used as a court appointed psychologist, God help you if they assign you to see her. Demand someone else. Look at the Nebraska DHHS website and search her license. She has had six actions on her license. You can download the PDF of her court cases and use that against her. Just like the other reviews say she has more problems than the people she sees. I can't imagine anyone would seek her out and pay her unless the court was forcing it to happen. The state of Nebraska should be ashamed that they mandate people to go to this person, I wonder how many lives she has ruined?

Dr Topf is an excellent psychologist who saved my life. I suffered for decades with PTSD and she taught me many invaluable coping skills to help me live with that awful disorder. I would recommend her for anyone suffering with PTSD (regardless of cause(s)). Hope this helps someone suffering with this disorder or any other mental condition.

Dr. Topf saved my daughter's life! For years my daughter was being abused by her stepmom while her father stood by and let it happen. No one would help my daughter. No one, until Dr. Topf came into her life. Finally, Dr. Topf was able to protect my daughter by standing up for her in court and making sure she would be safe and protected from any further abuse. If it weren't for her, my daughter wouldn't be alive today, I'm sure of it!

This woman tortured my daughter all for the love of money to support her bad habits. Topf is a great liar and goes where ever the money is. Luckily I got my daughter away from her before any damage. There is a lot of public information out there on her to look up especially court actions against her.
