She was very caring, thorough and informed. And followed up with me by phone with lab results.

I saw Dr. Trop 4 times for chronic /recurrent UTIs. I was struck my her anxious demeanor. It’s unnerving. She did not listen fully and wrote incorrect notes in my chart. She also provided no insight into my condition beyond what a non specialist can offer. What she did provide were common sense tips that women in my situation already know! Google will tell you that caffeine causes you to urinate and yes, I know how to wipe myself properly. If you suffer from recurrent utis and want a compassionate doctor who listens - Dr. Trop is not for you.

I felt sorry for her, she truly wasn't nice at all, I hope that I never have to see her again
