Dr. Cynthia Marie Waickus, MD

I felt compelled to provide this review because I have never met a more intelligent, caring, and competent physician. I have only seen her a few times, but in only that short amount of time, she came up with a diagnosis and treatment plan that physicians at 2 major medical centers in this city could not do. She was the first doctor to really listen to me. She was very direct, but also very kind, she "pulls no punches" . She now sees my mother, my kids, and even my husband is a huge fan. Thank you for all you do.

Dr. Cynthia Waickus is extremely knowledgeable in her field. She is very thorough and gets right to the bottom of the issues. Her staff is also very welcoming. :-) I highly recommend Dr. Cynthia Waickus and her staff!

When sharing with Dr. Waickus that my knees hurt due to running on the tred mill she blatantly told me "then don't run on the tred mill".I would think that exploring options like have you tried glucosamine, stretching, or a knee brace when you run would have been more appropriate responses.This is just one example of why I give this physician a low rating. It is unfortunate Dr Mathew has left this group.

I saw this doctor about 5 years ago and I still to this day warn prospective patients of her. She was dishonest, unprofessional, and I seriously question her mental stability. This physician needs to seriously reevaluate the way she handles her patient care. I myself am a healthcare professional and I still am shocked by the behavior of this doctor and her treatment of her female patients.
