Dr. Cynthia Berman Yalowitz, MD

Being new in town I was referred to Dr. Yalowitz through another school mom. I was impressed by the friendliness of the staff, ease of making an appointment, convenience of location. But most of all I was most impressed by the time that the doctor spent with me, listening to my concerns,finding solutions for me. I felt that she was highly knowledgeable and approachable. I recommend her highly.

I have been to many dermatologists over the years. This was a wonderful experience. Dr. Yalowitz took time and listened to my list of issues. Not only did she address each one, she educated me on how to prevent them in the future. The office feels like a throwback to the old days of a family doctor. The staff was equally friendly and helpful.

I have never encountered such a doctor before nor have I ever felt compelled to write review. I left Yalowitz office feeling like I was a leper. I had recently had my first child and if anyone knows, your skin, nails, hair, and body are never the same. This woman, didn't even put on medical gloves to look at my skin...she used a pen to point and shrug her shoulders. When I simply asked about what I could do for stretch marks, she refers to the paper work I had initially filled out as this was my first (and last visit) she crudely stated that since I'm a teacher, I couldn't afford the treatments she offers at her office. In the end, she sent me away with some samples for eczema. In essence, I truly feel that I would give her ZERO stars rather than ONE! Extremely unprofessional, willing to take in new patients and their co-pay but not give the respectable service. Her attendant was just as rude with eye rolling manners. I will say that the receptionist was extremely friendly… and warm. I will never return. I will never recommend her.

She is wonderful, just absolutely wonderful! Since I was a child, I have been fighting the never-ending battle of skin issues (eczema, psoriasis, shingles, rosacea, and more...). These conditions are always very frustrating, especially when I have a flare-up. But I always have peace of mind when having a skin crisis, because Dr. Yalowitz has never failed to help me and ensure that I get better as fast as possible. She is always knowledgeable, helpful, professional, thorough, and nice. I would definitely recommend her!

Dr. Yalowitz has treated both my 21/2 year old son as well as myself and she is exceptionally warm, knowledgasble and professional. The office staff is great to deal with.
