Dr. Cyrus Mancherje, MD

Dr macherje is not my doctor he was my father s doctor. He saved my father's life more then once. Words could not thank him enough. He is a great doctor. I agree his office staff sucks

I waited an hour and 15 minutes and was no where near seeing him. No one told me he was running late. No one said anything to me. I checked at 30 minutes and was told it should be soon. I checked again 45 minutes later and was told there were two patients ahead of me. All patients in waiting room had been taken to the back and office staff started going home. I felt like a second class citizen. I left with tears in my eyes. I didn't see the doctor and will not go back as I know not all offices are like this. Sad. Truly sad. The only thing I came away knowing was I was not important to these people. I did though get to hear about their vacations, pets, and they lowered their voices when they were discussing me and why I wouldn't reschedule. I also left work early so I could respect their time and not be late. I sincerely wish that sentiment had been reciprocated.

a great doc but the office staff sucks. I have been seeing doc M over 20 years ... he is the best. get a new office staff!

I tried to re-schedule an appointmet that was cancelled because the doctor was out of town.The first attempt I was put on hold: never came back. the second time I was told they would call me back. After a week I called them again and finally got an appoinment. The Fairfield office personell are very rude and arrogant.

Maybe they are overworked and underpaid, but they do as little as possible in regards to follow-through.
