Dr. Javed Nasir, MD

I had an appointment with this cardiologist today and was extremely disappointed with the level of care and professionalism provided. From the moment the appointment began, he was incredibly rude and dismissive. Every time I attempted to speak or explain my concerns, he talked over me or cut me off entirely. Effective communication is vital in healthcare, yet I felt completely unheard and disrespected. I left the office feeling more stressed than when I arrived. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone looking for a provider who actually listens to their patients and treats them with basic decency

Dr. Nasir has been an absolute lifesaver for me. Every appointment with him has been extremely professional and compassionate. He is patient and understanding and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. I am grateful to have him on my care team. Thank you Dr. Nasir!

My primary doctor had to send me to a specialist soon as possible so I got send to this doctor within a week. When I check in I ask to pay my co-pay of $20 but she said that they will bill me. I though that's weird. I saw the doctor for about 5 minutes and told me that I need to do a test at home but I have to come back next week to pick up the device so I got schedule and also they got me another appointment for the following. I receive the bill within couple days pretty fast and I was so in chock how expensive it was for just a visit. The bill was close to $600 and I had to pay around $400 so I called them right away and complain and she told me he's because he work for Stanford!! same time I canceled all my appointment because I can afford to pay that much every week. Also when I got a call from them to schedule my first appointment I ask them if they are taking my insurance and if they were on the prefer list, she said yes. But wow paying over $400 for a visit and I still didn't… pay. So if you're going to see this specialist ask how much your insurance cover and how much you need to pay out of pocket. BEWARE!!!

Dismissed all my symptoms, was rude and unprofessional. I was able to find a new and better doctor, don't recommend

The way he speaks to his patients is beyond unprofessional. He dismissed every symptom. Save yourself your time (and your life) and please see someone else.
