She may be a great doctor on paper, but in person she is frustrating. When asking questions or verifying orders she becomes defensive, interrupts you and doesn’t listen to what you have to say. Will say one thing and then turn around and says she didn’t say it. Very poor communication. If you get her as a doctor take notes during appts and bring last appt notes to current appts. Good luck.

Our brother sees Dr. Elkadi. Because of some cognitive limitations, several of us attend his appointments with him. (for support as well as hearing the information) We are all impressed and grateful to Dr. Elkadi - for her thoroughness, her graciousness and her wisdom. She is smart, kind and REALLY good at what she does. We rate her a 10/10. NO -a 20/10! :)

I have been to see Dr. Elkadi three times and I have another visit coming up next week. Each time, she has been reassuring, but honest, neither pushing any kind of panic button, but also being very realistic and warm. I would highly recommend her.
