She is a great Dentist. She has fixed other dentist's mistakes. And has a great personality.

I've been a pt for a few years and can truly say Dr zakko and staff are very caring and knowledgeable and do everything they can to help. I really love my smile thanks to Bayview Dental :)

I have been going to her for years she is a great dentist. I just love her!!

Have had 3 office visits. 1 with Dr Zakko, 2 cleanings. I arrived 15 early for all appointments. During both cleanings I waited for 25-30 minutes to be seen by hygentisit. During this last visit I arrived at 9:30 for my 9:50 appointment and , of course, gave my name to the office attendant. By 10:25 I asked what was taking so long, and after searching for my name they informed me that my appt was not until 11:30. My response was: "No it was 9:50. It is on my calendar and it is on the recording on my messages on my cell phone." I let them hear the message from several days ago saying my appt was 9:50a. I was finally taken in to see the hygentist. I no more sat down in the chair and Donna, the hygentist, starting spouting how wonderful Donal Trump (&Pence) is and asking me how I was voting. Donna also suggested I speak to Mary the office manager about the long delay in seeing me & the time mix-up in the office computer. I DID quickly stopped by May's office to speak about the… long the delay and your misinformation on the computer, Mary's response was: Well, that's NOT our fault. It's the computer companies fault." Very irresponsible attitude for office manage & other staff members. Not sure I will revisit the office.
