From the start polite, understanding, explained in detail what he would be doing. Made me feel comfortable going forward with the procedure and knew I was in good hands with him at the helm.. Have never written review before but he deserves all the praise I can give him...cannot say enough. My biopsy was hard to get...he got it his assistant from England was so pleasant. Could not have been more caring on how I was feeling if in pain or anything. Prayed with the Dr. I am not religious but believe need Gods help and understanding he gave it to both Dr. Broome and I...Just cannot say enough....

Outstanding customer service provided by everyone I came in contact with on that day beginning from the radiology check-in clerk, the ultrasound Technician, the CT Technician and Dr. Broome who was outstandingly professional, courteous and respectful. As soon as the ultrasound tech notified him they were having difficulty identifying the area for biopsy, he responded promptly, explained the next step and prepared me for a CT biopsy. His bedside manners and communication skills were excellent. I could not have asked for a better experience.

Did not care or spend time explaining, too eager to get me to leave. Missed an important diagnosis.
