The staff here is nice and they work on your teeth in a very professional way. With covid-19 being a concern for many people nowadays they could do a better job with social distancing. The waiting room is too crowded there is no social distancing practiced there. Mask wearing should be mandatory for everyone entering the building.

I was not to fond of Dr. Kate's shaping down my fiancee teeth without first talking to her about it. Dr. Kate's without consent trimmed down her teeth after telling her he was just going to polish her teeth this unacceptable and now she hates her teeth and smile. I feel that Dr. Kate's should've being more aware of his patient needs instead of his own thinking this was bad judgement and now she waisted over 4,000 for something she thought would be a good invest in now she has to deal with for the rest of her life.

My son is a patient at this office. When he first started going to this clinic the staff was very friendly and professional. Now it is just the opposite. It seems like they over book and when you call to change a appt its seems like they make sure they schedule you for the very next month instead of getting you in the same month. The last visit my son had broken brackets, he said the new person that worked on him seem like she did not know what she was doing on top of that told him they will fix the brackets the next month. I personally cannot wait until these braces come off because the service has took a turn for the worse.

the office is very unprofessional. they ladies behind the desk gossip so much and they are so loud! I never see Dr. Kates. I see another dentist she is very nice! But the office staff needs improvement. I will be glad when I get my braces off. I had to call them several times about the amount they charged me. they kept getting wrong. when you are done with your appt. The ladies take forever to call you up to get your next appt! Because they are too busy talking about there kids, hair or shopping! I will not recommend anyone to this office

I think he's a rip off.He will take the children's braces off once payment is finished.He no longer want to have a relationship with you,then charge extra for visits,and questions that you may have.We spend a lot of out of pocket money along with insurance,and my child teeth are still a mess.
