Dr. Dale Terry Steinmetz, MD

I went to Urgent Care because I had the same symptoms as my daughter, she was diagnosed with Influenza A less than 48 hours when I walked in the door. We knew it would be busy as it was a Sunday however we did not deem it was an Emergency. After waiting for an hour to see the doctor I was called back into the room. Told the doctor I had influenza as that is what she had. He did the test it came out positive and out the door. I waited longer to see the Doctor than the time I spent with him. I took a look at our United Health Care today and Dr. Steinmentz billed my visit as "long" resulting in a more then $50.00 increase than my daughters visit two days before. I might also add that I was in longer with her and they gave her ibuprofen when we were their. At the end of the day it would have been cheaper for I to go to emergency than urgent care.

Horrible bedside manner. Didn’t want to admit that what I suspected I had was accurate and didn’t even fully admit it after the blood test came back confirming it.

Dr Steinmetz is very helpful in keeping me healthy. I feel like he cares for his patients and gives you his full attention.

The first doctor in my life that gets down to business. Other doctors have ignored my blood work and diabetes indicators. Thanks to him I got my blood sugar and cholesterol in check along with sending me for a stress test that probably saved my life. I got my needed heart surgery and am here to tell you he is thorough. I respect his decisions and am forever a patient of Dr Steinmetz.

He has way too many patients now. In order to get into see him-the nurses tell you to go to the walk-in clinic on Wednesday, when he does his service there. I have family and friends that have stopped seeing him-he is only good enough to go to if you have a sinus infection, ear infection or stomach ache. He's more of the type of doctor that gives you pills to shut you up and looks down on you if you ever smoked or drank in your life.

Compassionate., caring , understanding, and knowledgeable. I feel that Dr Steinmetz truely cares . I travel 40 miles to see him. I will not see any other Doctor. He is awesome.

Will never settle for another physician. Trustworthy, accurate, caring. Removed several medications from my 83 year old mother and has improved her health 100% - complete turnaround! He's not in this just for the money and it's obvious. AMAZING doctor.

Dr. Strinmetz refused to listen to any of my concerns about the injury I was seen for!

Dr. Steinmetz is the finest physician I have ever had in my rather long life! He is brilliant, exceptionally knowledgeable, and totally committed to doing all he can to deal with your medical issues. He takes the time to listen carefully to your complaints, evaluates any needed tests, and explains in detail the issues you are facing. He never appears rushed, and instead, appears eager for you to fully undertand your condition and the treatment he is suggesting for you. He is warm and personable and you feel completely at ease discussing any concerns that you may have. If you need urgent attention, he will make every effort to see you right away. I would recommend him very highly for his outstanding skill, thoroughness, and kindness.
