Dr. Damien Antione Doute, MD

I had trusted in Dr. Doute with his diagnosis of my condition. I agreed to undergo surgery based on his guidance, the surgery was a total failure, I am in worst pain than before the procedure was done. He simply does not show care and ultimately his outcome has me at a disability not able to have full usage of my hands. I am so upset with myself and depressed on a daily due the end result.

Dr. Doute' is great and a honest doctor . I'm very please Dr. Doute' is great and a honest doctor . I'm very please with his service and the professionalism I receive from Dr. Doute' and his office staff.

This man isn't worth a dam. Cost me $500.00. Gave me a shot or prescribed any meds. My shoulder still hurting

Waited 1 ½ for my first appt and then another hour for my second before see the doctor walking in the door 15 minutes later - complete waste of time

I have always tried to support Black business owners before i search anywhere else, but they must be worthy of supporting. My plans are to never ever go back to visit this Doctor and his staff. The staff was pleasant but not warm. (Not with feeling.) I had an early appointment which was the first appointment because I had to get back to work. My appt was 9AM. I sat in the waiting room for about 35 minutes and in the room in the back for about 45 or more. The staff never told me that the doctor was not in. They just told me I would be seen shortly. I looked out of the window to see the doctor getting out of his car around 10:10. I was very upset. Dr. Doute had no apologies. He did not even touch my knee to see if it was better. We talked for about 5 minutes and I gladly left. Low and behold I told my husband about my experience with this office. He told me Dr. Doute did his first surgery and messed it up. He went to another Dr to correct what was messed up.

I knew from the very beginning that I was going to love having Dr. Doute as my physician/ surgeon. I based my conclusion from my first visit. What I appreciated about Dr. Doute was his candor, his honesty and great bedside manor! You see I am a nurse of almost 40 years, and bedside manor for physicians means EVERYTHING to me!! I felt like he was doing what was best for my situation, even if I didn't always agree!! I recently gave in and had the recommended TKR. I am happy I did it and even happier Dr. Doute was my physician!!

Dr. Doute is an Expert in his field. I can not say enough good things about the results received. If you want a doctor who will tells it to you as it is, has a recommendation to help the situation and you are someone who will follow through with the required aftercare, you will feel better. I have had a lower lumbar fusion several years ago with GREAT success and have recently dealt with a severe break in my arm.... I wouldn't go anywhere else. No fluff, just tells you what the issues are and what will happen if you or don't address it. My #1 pick - hope he never goes anywhere, just in case something comes up that I may need him again. He did my total hip replacement surgery in 2008 and my rotator cuff repair in 2012. Good recovery and return to normal function after therapy.
