Dr. Damon Hayes Petty, MD

Dr. Petty at TOA was rude and unprofessional. I felt immediately uncomfortable in his presence. He stared at my body, asked if he knew me from somewhere else, and made disrespectful comments about my profession and my income. He criticized the nurse for not knowing his own password to unlock the computer, and consequently he never pulled up my X-rays. He joked around with his male colleague and wasted my time. I came to this appointment in pain, nervous, and needing help for a broken foot, and I left upset, without a clear discharge plan, and eventually a $1,400 bill to my insurance. If you are seeking help and treatment, and especially if you are a woman, find any other doctor than this guy.

I have been very pleased with Dr Petty and his staff. He listens, addresses my concerns and provided thorough care of my ankle. Dr Petty and TOA have been great.

I visited Dr. Damon Petty due to pain and swelling in my left knee. After having x-rays taken, Dr. Petty made the assessment that I had a large build up of fluid in the knee joint. He quickly drew off the fluid, using two of the largest syringes I have ever seen, and the knee has felt wonderful ever since. Thank you so much, Dr. Petty, for helping me with this!
