Dr. Dana R Blackmer, PhD

Dana Robert Blackmer (DRB) does not deserve a license. He should be in prison. He is a pathological liar & manipulator. He was at VCU when I was a student. I went to UCS seeking referral to a psychiatrist for difficulty coping with a sexual assault I endured as a teenager. Blackmer took my file from another counselor's hand, & claimed that he was my assigned psychologist. Within minutes, I was strongly against any professional relationship with him, as he clearly lacked the skills & empathy required. After I left, he called my personal cell phone (against consent), & made a statement about genuinely wanting to help, & through coercion he got me to return for another chance. Worst mistake of my life. In the 2nd visit, he asked me what was bothering me. Red flag that he didn't get to this during 1st visit. I told him about the assault, & that I was pretty sure these guys were involved in human trafficking, & about another man who had stalked me during college & stolen three extremely… valuable business ideas from me. After an hour telling him why this was bothering me, which included the fact that they had all threatened to maliciously prosecute me by saying that I had done these things to them (which I hadn't), & that they would outnumber me & out-finance me in court, & that this would result in me getting murdered or piked, which was why I needed a referral to a qualified psychiatrist; Blackmer told me that it was understandable for me to feel emasculated by such events, & recommended that I verbalize a threat. He said that this was a psychological trick to regain self-confidence. I told him I didn't feel comfortable making threats because of illegality, but he persuaded me & got me to articulate a hypothetical statement that I would make if threat-making was allowed; while secretly tape-recording me. DRB said that he had to think about it all, & requested that I return in a week or two. A week or two later, DRB called me again (again without consent), & told me that he had considered and would like to offer his services as a counselor. So I went back. Only, DRB had no intention whatsoever of serving anyone as a counselor. Based on outcomes, he had intentions of serving organized crime by helping them dispose of a witness. DRB told me he had considered my statement, & decided I must be lying. He told me he had "taken the liberty" of telephoning the assailant, & the assailant had assured him "quite convincingly" no such assault ever occurred, & there were no plots to harm me, & the man who had stolen from me was himself a visionary. DRB claimed I had insulted his ego by asking for a referral to a qualified psychiatrist, claiming further he was qualified as a psychologist to psycho-analyze me, & the only part that fit in logic BASED ON THE STATEMENTS OF OTHERS, was a diagnosis called "paranoid delusions." DRB then had a full-blown narcissistic shining moment right in front of me, in his office, during which he gloated about how there was no downside for him because even if those things happened to me there would be no way for me to remember what he had done & relay it to proper authorities, & he actually had a seminal ejaculation in his pants. I was very offended & got up to leave, & he followed me, & I swung at him & he ducked, which shows that he was expecting to anger me. [[disclaimer: I accidentally told a judge that I cried as a reaction, but I might not have cried until the next meeting.]] After I left that day, I received a telephone call from corrupt policeman DK, informing me he had devised some type of malicious report against me, to force me to go back & see DRB for a 4th time. DRB told me his cronies had forced compliance from an MCV psychiatrist (by threat of malice) & would be involuntarily committing me soon. DRB said he had called my father & informed him that I was schizophrenic. DRB was glib. The cops detained me on false information, & the hospital performed a brutally illegal lobotomy & covered it up. I

You might want to check to see if you accidentally forwarded the phone to the wrong number. The gentleman I spoke with said he has been getting calls for you for around a month.
