Dr. Dana Sterling Kellis

Apparently Dr. Kellis has no clue what a Psychiatrist is supposed to do. . . If he has any on staff, they are untrained and most unprofessional. If a patient is admitted and seen by a "Psychiatrist" at Harrisburg Hospital, the "psychiatrist" can do no more than "refer" a patient for treatment at another facility, they are not professinal enough to help a patient directly and all they do is rack up medical bills while the patients go ignored for days at a time with no results for the patient. If you go to a hospital and you are in need of care, you should get it. Such is not the case at Harrisburg Hospital. My fiance went in for care and he was evaluated by a "doctor" who said he needed psychiatric help, unfortunately they couldn't help him at HH but they were happy enough to make him wait 4 days to refer him to another facility. If you are a DOCTOR your position means you are supposed to help people heal, not waste their time and money keeping them in a hospital when they are well… enough to go home. If you feel they need further treatment, don't drag your feet because you are not qualified or heaven forbid it just happens to be a nice weekend and you would rather be out doing whatever it is you do on a weekend and let nursing staff do their thing, DO SOMETHING!
