If you are looking for help for a child, I would look elsewhere. This woman would not even call back. I left four messages,the last two were almost begging her to let me know if she could see my son because I was struggling trying to find a psychiatrist for him. What an inconsiderate woman she is. Unfortunately I should have googled reviews on her before I wasted my time. I have found a few that said the same thing.. NEVER returned calls. By the grace of God I found a GREAT doctor to see my son and the problem he was having was nothing serious.. I rate her -10

I had taken my son to see her for the past 4 years. The reason why I didn't switch was because with my divorce it was too difficult to agree on a psychiatrist for my son. She was never very good with getting back to you with your questions and appointment times. Even the pharmacist had to call multiple times to get her to authorize the medications. There are so many other things to say about her bedside manner also, but the final straw was two months ago when I left her numerous voice mails and emails with no return call or email from her. The pharmacist had the same thing. My son was due for an appt and a refill on all his medications! I never got a hold of her. No one ever called me back. Thankfully, our pediatrician wrote a prescription for his meds for 1 month until we found another psychiatrist. What kind of doctor (especially Psychiatrist) would leave her patients in a lurch without any contact??

Dr Levy was very patient and kind with my daughter, esp when my daughter wasn't behaving at her best. Dr levy went out of her way to work around my and the therapist's hectic schedules so my daughter could get the treatment she needed. We are very thankful!
